Job Title: Disaster Restoration Estimator

Company: A leading national provider of 24/7 emergency disaster restoration and reconstruction services for commercial and residential properties.

Compensation: A Base Salary PLUS Commission will be offered.
Junior Estimators start at $50000 base commission.
Senior Estimators can make up to $85000 base commission.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sales closure postapproval of estimates by insurance companies ensuring effective communication throughout the approval process with all stakeholders.
• Ensure contract execution review company policies and procedures with clients collect deductibles and deposits (if applicable) during contract signing and meticulously document sales in DASH and XactAnalysis/Xactimate.
• Manage customer expectations ensuring comprehension of company policies guidelines and processes to maintain control and prevent deviations in project execution.
• Prepare Xactimate/Symbility estimates for initial loss supplements and change orders for Project Managers establishing budgets for profitability and forwarding them for review.
• Submit approved estimates supplements and change orders to adjusters and/or customers and upload them to DASH upon customer and/or adjuster approval.
• Negotiate large loss supplemental contracts with adjusters ensuring all estimates meet minimum gross margin goals.
• Oversee the transition of new sales to Project Managers maintaining ongoing communication throughout project duration.
• Drive sales revenue ensuring comprehensive scope and successful closure of sales with clients.
• Write estimates with a thorough understanding of insurance companyspecific requirements.
• Ensure timely updates of all jobs in Xactimate XactAnalysis and DASH including site inspections estimate submissions approvals and work authorization dates along with loading required documentation into respective databases.
• Participate collaboratively in production activities alongside Project Managers to provide a teamoriented approach to project execution.
• Assist in establishing and adhering to payment terms and collecting accounts receivables.
• Fulfill any additional duties as instructed by management.
