Department FIELD OPERATIONS (IDD EL-SHARGI) Title QA/QC ENGINEER Primary Purpose of Job Ensure adherence and quality awareness of all parties (internal and external) to the QatarEnergy requirements, international standards, and best Oil and Gas practices, and provide QA/QC support to Field Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Construction and Supply Chain teams related to compliance on quality requirement and implementation. Education • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience & Skills • 10-15 years of experience in offshore oil and gas. • Shall have detailed knowledge and experience with material specification and certification requirements for Oil and Gas service. • Shall be a certified as Lead QMS Auditor as per ISO 9001:2015. • Shall have general knowledge in welding technologies and nondestructive examinations. • Experience in create, develop and review technical procedures related to oil and gas operations. • Must have advanced computer literacy and reporting skills. • Approve Work Instructions packages for projects.
