NEED CANDIDATES ASAP! BIGGEST THINGS:

1. Global Trade Experience: 510 years ideally. Focused on exports of PHYSICAL goods and sanction policies related.
2. Need some sort of product experience. Doesnt have to be heavy here but needs to have worked in an agile environment knows user stories etc.
3. Should be a good balance of the two points above!

• One of the TPOs on my team started in August (not working out Gordon)
  • Want to ask Insight to find a replacement
  • Brought us a number of candidates
  • Everyone theyve brought us has trade background or TPO or TPM experience
    • Dont know what a user story is if theyre trade
  • Going to have to step up
    • Needs to understand global trade doesnt have to be a lot
    • 510 years of exp
      • Exports is huge
      • One person was only on the import side
    • Specifically R&D JD we were using last fall
