Advanced NAND Technology CMOS Device PI NRIs Return to INDIA

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Drive and lead the device technology development of stateoftheart CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture.
• Set up TCAD and wafer experiments to identify best solution for CMOS requirements
• Align with Design on required performance parameters
• Implement solution execute CMOS development project in accordance with overall project progress and and requirements
• Ensure that CMOS module is not limiting project milestones like sample start qual release and volume ramp.
• Strong collaboration is required with product probe reliability process characterization layout engineers and others.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 35 years of advanced CMOS experience additional experience with NAND a plus

• Semiconductor industry experience is required preferably in a top tier logic or memory company
• Good understanding of semiconductor devices processes and characterization techniques is required
• Hands on experience with data analysis device characterization and process integration is essential
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong record of planning and completion of complex projects
