Job Role: As a Proactive Alert Monitoring Engineer you will be responsible for:
Providing first line of response to customer alerts and ensuring internal teams are alerted
Following workflow procedures to ensure effective delivery of alerts to the right stakeholders
Gather relevant information from various internal systems and collate them in a coherent manner for consumption by customer end teams
Job Requirement: To be successful in this role candidate will:
Need to have significant experience in a Customer Support role or similar
Need a good understanding of protocols such as HTTP TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
Need to demonstrate an ability to analyze prioritize and escalate customer incidents engaging with appropriate stakeholders
Need the ability to engage and communicate with appropriate stakeholders and customers
Need to demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills and excellent collaboration & teamwork.
Work Schedule Location and Renumeration: We recognize that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best can vary for each person.
This is a 24x7 role. Shifts timings can vary as per business requirements
The job role may be performed remotely from home. However it can only be one unique location.
To ensure uninterrupted working hours we ask of you to make the necessary arrangements.
There are no compensation and allowance in this role.
Education and Experience required
Acceptable qualifications BCA MCA BTech/BE BScIT MScIT and/or any other IT qualification/Certification.
Candidate needs to have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Looking for candidates with extracurricular activities with positive and cando attitude
Should be passionate about working IT related technology sector. Its an added advantage if the resume should reflect projects and seminars related to IT
Should have strong concepts in Networking and Web technologies such as HTTP/s TCP/IP and Networking
