Senior Consultant Unified Communications

• Provision of services for projects lasting a few days to a few weeks
  
• Field of activity: audit architecture consulting implementation training advanced support etc.
  
• Participation in the design of solutions and the drafting of commercial offers
  
• Participation in the qualification and definition of our customers needs during presales in collaboration with our sales team
  
• Contribution to innovation: technological monitoring relations with our partners participation in events
  
• Within the Geneva branch you work in the Frenchspeaking Switzerland region.
  

Requirements

• Expertise in the design and implementation of Microsoft unified communications solutions: Skype Enterprise Microsoft Teams
  
• Experience with other unified communications solutions: an asset
  
• Mastery of the administration and supervision tools of these solutions
  
• Possessing one or more of the following certifications is an asset: MS700 MS721 MCSE Productivity
  
• Experience on VoIP operator gateways (SBC): Audiocodes Ribbon
  
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions
  
• Experience with thirdparty solutions: Attendant Console Contact Center Recording
  
• Perfect command of French and very good level of English
  
• Sense of customer service advice and good interpersonal skills
  
• Positive attitude motivated flexible open to change and novelty solution and quality oriented
