What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success Manager to lead and optimize our customer service department for a consumer products goods company based in Denver CO. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by leading and motivating the team and developing loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Oversee the management of chat email text and phone communication channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Optimize customer service processes.
- Lead train and expand the customer service team to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Utilize Shopify and Gorgias to streamline customer service processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze customer service metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and measure ROI.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer service solutions that support the overall business strategy.
- Hire and onboard new team members ensuring they align with the department’s standards and objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong resultsdriven customer service department that reflects the company’s values and vision.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management technical savvy expertise in Shopify and Gorgias and a proven track record of enhancing customer service strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Gorgias.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in hiring and training customer service team members.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction and ROI through effective customer service strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in building out multichannel communication strategies.
- Advanced certification in customer service management or related fields.
