A Day in the Life of an ERT Officer.......
ERT Officers are assigned individually or as a team to various armed and unarmed details
including Guard Services Asset Protection Firewatch Event Security Close Protection and
Workplace Violence Prevention.

Most often ERT Officers will begin their day at ARDENTs South Florida office by checking in
with their leadership team receiving a vehicle for the day and conducting a thorough inspection.
From there they ll either respond to a previously scheduled detail assist at an ongoing site
return home and remain oncall or participate in team training.

Salary Range:
Base Salary: $40000 per year
Max Salary: $65000 per year (Year 1)

Skills :

Executing a variety of armed and unarmed security duties.

Being enroute within 45 minutes of being assigned.

Monitoring communications channels chats and situations as assigned.

Maintaining a level of physical readiness necessary for responding to stressful or physical encounters.

Engaging in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in security practices.

Managing and utilizing company vehicles for rapid response to new assignments or incidents.
