Additional Information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach FL (required).
- Scheduling experience (2 years). Alternatively 4 years of experience in Project Management could also be considered with experience in tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing adhoc analyses.
- Experience with scheduling software like Primavera P6.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Business Management Renewable Energy Sustainability or a similar field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Interact with all project participants to gather scope logistics and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule. Maintain a positive attitude and develop strong working relationships with all team members.
- Responsible for the creation maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule. This may include critical path method analysis resource loading cost loading manpower submittal analysis evaluation of update impacts and recovery plan development.
- Act as a key player as a member of the project scheduler team in support of project teams working on various technologies to drive project success through the projects entire life cycle.
- Develop effective & accurate schedules coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.
