Job Title: PeopleSoft Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand and analyze their business requirements for PeopleSoft implementation projects.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft applications covering areas like Financials Human Capital Management (HCM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to align with client specifications.
• Offer expert guidance on PeopleSoft architecture functionalities and modules providing solutions to overcome client challenges.
• Develop and implement thorough test plans to ensure the reliability and quality of PeopleSoft implementations.
• Assist in data migration integration and system upgrades to facilitate the implementation process.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to endusers on PeopleSoft applications and features.
• Stay informed about the latest PeopleSoft features updates and best practices sharing knowledge with both team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid grasp of PeopleSoft architecture data model and integration points.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft development tools like PeopleCode Application Designer and Integration Broker.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades patches and maintenance tasks.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling collaboration with clients and crossfunctional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as Oracle PeopleSoft certifications are a plus.
