Sales Coordinator

Position: Sales Coordinator

Male or Female

Age: 25 to 45 Years

Must have experience/Responsibilities on following :

Keeping a track of leads opportunities and updating details in CRM

Preparation of Technical submittal compliances for tender submission

Quotation preparation

Cost estimation

Customer payment follow ups

Followup and manage flow of orders to clients in coordination with local logistics partners

Report preparation

processing new sales leads

Managing correspondence between sales team and clients as required

Monitoring customer accounts

Providing required data and reports to assist the sales team

Knowledge Skills Attitude:

28 years of work experience

Having Knowledge of CRM/ Quick learner in CRM

Thorough in MS Excel power point Auto cad

Excellent oral and written communication skill

Prefer but not essential Engineering graduate / Diploma in Civil

Knowledge of entire sales process/activities

Having knowledge of digital marketing.

Knowledge of posting product profiles in social media

Accuracy and attention to details

Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Ability to work independently and in team

Good organizational skills

Preferred Industry EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) Companies

Notice period : Immediate to 10 days
