Grievances • Manage the grievances process and procedures. • Act as point of contact from HR to resolve, discuss and support issues arising from managers' or employees' grievances. • Conduct and manage disciplinary meetings. • Extend support to managers and employees to resolve conflicting issues at the most lower level possible. • Employee Relations Management • Identify and implement positive employee relations programs that lead to an efficient, motivated and engage workforce. • Develop and deliver programs to promote employee retention. • Follow up on issues emerging from employees' satisfaction surveys and exit interviews for capturing employee inputs. • Gather information on employees' feelings about factors that affect employees' morale, motivation, and efficiency. • Contribute to the continued improvement the Company health by monitoring performance indicators, such as sickness absences, levels of grievances and disciplinary, work/ life balance, and developing initiatives and solutions to enable positive trends. Employee Support • Conduct and manage new employee's orientation programs. • Compile, generate and provide relevant information and directions for employees. • Communicate and coordinate with employees families' on settlement and repatriation issues. • Develop documents/communication materials to ensure that the workforce is aware of the Companys HR policies and standards. Medical Issues • Coordinate with company،¦s Medical Officer, on issues related to employee،¦s health and aptness to work. • Investigate and monitor employees،¦ sick leaves and medical issues. • Expert Advice • Provide responsive and high quality support, training and advice to all parts of the business including management to ensure the appropriate administration of all employees' relations issues in a particular grievances, poor performance and disciplinary action. • Provide accurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts and local legislation. • Investigation • Track and capture systematically the development of issues from the inception through to their resolution; Investigate and follow up on grievance, harassment and disciplinary cases, conduct grievance and disciplinary interviews with employees and produce the necessary investigation reports with recommendations. • Investigate and follow up on unexplained leaves of absence/employee behaviors. Auditing • Audit and examine employees' records to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Minimum Qualification • Bachelor's Degree • Diploma or certification in Human Resources is preferable.
