Key accountabilities include: ▪ Key interface between QR Hub Ground Services Management and supplier to ensure contractual SLA’s are being delivered. Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve processes. ▪ Work with key internal stakeholders in the management of contracts / supplier data in accordance to client’s data management policies and procedures for respective categories. ▪ To work with wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the contract management strategy is understood and that effective support for the strategy is achieved. ▪ Work with QR Hub Ground Services Management team to provide knowledge and guidance on sound judgement required to identify suppliers based on operational criteria needed to evaluate. ▪ Visible within the operation to identify areas of improvement working collaboratively with the operational team in delivering continuous improvement both within supply management, operations, and customer delivery. ▪ Develop and implement contract management and administration procedures in accordance with company policy. Observing and tracking all operational requirements and/or particularities. ▪ Manage contracting disputes and variations (operational) and participate in disputes and variations (commercial). ▪ Discuss and manage with Supplier on operational, technical, and payment resolution. ▪ Research and process inquiries to resolve discrepancies relating to agreements, both internally and externally to present to reporting Manager for resolution. ▪ Define volume, specifications and business requirements to raise sourcing requests.
