About the role Brief
The Key account manager (KAM) shall work primarily with the Supply Growth team and vendor management wherein she/he shall be in charge of the acquisition of more vehicles in existing cities alongside sourcing & managing the vendor who will be running our platform operations in the respective city.

The KAM role is a great opportunity to put your sourcing negotiation & analytical skills to the test in a dynamically growing space. Vendor (Hero) management is going to be one of the key focus areas for Uber India in the next few years to come and the said role offers an entry into the domain.
Key Result Areas
Forge partnerships with the city s sourcing vendors extend the network further to add newer partners to the Uber Platform
Provide constant onground feedback to the Operations team regarding the urgent requirements concerns or suggestions from the vendor Partners
Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our vendor partners including sustainable economics for both parties
Achieve and consistently exceed vendor (Supply Acquisition) goals typically on a weekonweek basis
Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new vendor partners
Build best practices in liaison with the city s Supply Growth team to ensure constant and effective engagement of vendor partners and the corresponding driver partners
Interact with driverpartners to understand their key concerns and requirements
Act as an ambassador of Uber s mission brand and product through all interactions: physical email or telephonic and propagate the Value Proposition we offer
Scout new leads to be onboarded as vendors through field work

Number of overall Vehicles added to the Platform
Number of vendor Partners added to the existing base
Number of Trips taken by the newly added vendor Vehicles
Number of Vehicles completing 100 trips within 28 days (threshold can be different from city to city)
