Essential Job Functions:

Oversee all aspects of Flexo screen printing operations RFID; variable data operations including but not limited to training supervision maintenance production scheduling quality process improvement die and roller management platemaking screen processing ink and material management.

Develop expertise in operation of all flexographic presses and working knowledge of screenprinting equipment and processes.

Achievement of quality and productivity targets established by supervisor.

Cooperation with all team members in the efficient execution of company processes

Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles.

Maintain a safe and injury free work environment.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Documented printing and managerial experience in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

Experience with Flexo Print Screen Print and Thermal Transfer applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Computer proficiency (MS office Word Excel and Outlook) and experience with an ERP

system is preferred.
