As the lead recruiter for LoftyHire you will be pioneering the recruitment process for a brandnew company that plays a crucial role in connecting top talents from PH India and LatAm to USAbased companies. Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy to attract top talent.
2. Develop and refine job descriptions and specifications to accurately reflect position requirements.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods such as databases social media and networking to identify and engage with potential candidates.
4. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
5. Conduct interviews using a variety of techniques and tools to assess candidate suitability.
6. Evaluate candidates skills experience and aptitudes to determine their fit for specific roles.
7. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
8. Generate detailed and insightful recruiting reports to track progress and inform decisionmaking.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Recruiter either inhouse or with a staffing agency.
2. Proficiency in conducting different types of interviews including structured competencybased and stress interviews.
3. Handson experience with various selection processes such as video interviewing phone screening and reference checks.
4. Ability to administer personality and skills assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Put Yellow in the subject line.
