Position Overview:Were seeking a skilled Italianspeaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic Sofia team. In this role youll be instrumental in safeguarding our gaming platforms by moderating usergenerated content and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Moderation: Evaluate and moderate Italian usergenerated content (text images videos) to ensure adherence to platform guidelines and policies.
2. Language Assistance: Provide timely and precise Italian language support for user inquiries feedback and reports enhancing overall user satisfaction.
3. Community Interaction: Engage with users in Italian to address concerns respond to queries and nurture positive community interactions.
4. Policy Adherence: Enforce platform policies and terms of service to maintain community standards and promote fairness across the gaming environment.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct routine audits to verify content compliance with regulatory standards and industry norms.
6. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams (Customer Support Product Development Legal) to address user issues and implement platform enhancements.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of content moderation activities including incident logs user communications and policy updates.

Requirements:

• Essential fluency in Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced setting.
• Genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
