TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a health insurance company. It offers different types of health care coverage plans that include individual and family dental and vision plans for employers etc.
Title: IT Delivery Manager II
Work Location: Detroit MI 48226
Duration: 7 Months
Job Type: Contract

ENGAGEMENT DESCRIPTION:
- This resource will be working on the Blueprint Product delivery team.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
- Experience with managing multiple delivery teams using agile methodology.
- Proficient with the use of Jira Software and the use of agile team metrics for capacity and efficiency tracking
- Experience with long term product road mapping and release planning
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Experience with IT program management and large scale implementations
- Experience with IT product delivery
- Scrum master certification
- Practical experience with technical delivery using agile methodology
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a developer is preferred
- Agile coaching experience is preferred
- Excellent time management and organization skills
Education/Certifications Include:
- Scrum Master Certification
