What this job involves
- We are looking for a skilled real estate professional with valuation and consulting experience.
- In this role youll be responsible for market analysis and computation of real estate data for varied asset classes based on market research and site visits.
- Youll also need to write detailed reports on the market under consideration coupled with city overviews and explain the valuation approaches for the estimated value of a property.
- To ensure success as a real estate appraiser youll need to be an analytical thinker with an aptitude for working with data. Ultimately a topnotch real estate appraiser should have excellent knowledge of the industry s requisite rules and regulations pertaining to CDP Approvals and Zonal regulations with respect to each asset class.
- Inspection of varied asset types viz. Residential Commercial and Industrial properties.
- Research market trends performing analysis of costs incurred within underconstruction projects prepare percentage completion reports for underconstruction projects Reconcile and summarization of MIS and presenting results of the analysis in a final report in specified formats.
- Execute multiple assignments and performing valuation analysis for Real Estate Assets including land parcels Builtup Properties Preleased properties and Under Construction Properties using relevant Valuation approaches.
- Execute approval review feasibility studies Highest and Best use study market assessments for projects.
- Independently interacting with Clients for clarification on data through personal meetings and site inspection.
