Responsibilities include exclusively handling inbound calls assisting Dutchspeaking clients and multitasking as necessary to address inquiries regarding travel issues and booking or rebooking accommodations. The role requires effective communication skills multitasking abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers through email phone and chat channels
• Providing customer support for the online platform services
• Handling inbound calls exclusively without outbound calls
• Offering assistance to clients who speak Dutch
• Performing multitasking as required
• Addressing inquiries related to travel concerns
• Handling queries regarding booking or rebooking accommodations

Qualifications:

• C1 proficiency in Dutch
• B2 proficiency in English
