Prepare and review tax returns for the whole group.
Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide tax advice and guidance to the team and management, including tax planning strategies.
Assist with tax audits and respond to tax notices and inquiries from tax authorities and tax consultants.
Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with other team members to identify tax planning opportunities and develop tax-saving strategies for clients.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
Identify potential tax exposure and make recommendations in mitigating tax risks through collection and analysis of data.
Assist with other tax-related projects and duties as assigned and requested by the team.
Assist in the interpretation of tax and transfer pricing regulations in Egypt.
Prepare tax reconciliations and adjustments - if necessary.
Review contracts and transactions entered by the Branch office for any tax exposure.
Provide ad hoc support for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to making payments to suppliers and communication vendors, facilitating purchases of office supplies, etc. and any other similar tasks.
