Head of Marketing - Property Development

• • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Masters degree preferred
  
• 8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
  
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence
  
• Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices across multiple channels including digital social and traditional
  
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision making and measure performance
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving
  
• Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
