• Cell design / Manufacturing process standard setting
• Process development and battery evaluation
• Development work based on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)

Requirements :

• Chemical Engineering Materials Science/Engineering Polymer Science/Engineering and other batteryrelated fields (Preference for Masters/Ph.D. degree holders)
• Possessing fundamental knowledge of battery component materials
• Possessing expert knowledge of the entire battery manufacturing process
• Capable of battery design (including electrode design cathode/anode configuration electrolyte selection specification and process standard setting)
• Possessing expert knowledge of battery manufacturing equipment
• Experience in the battery development field
• Team Leader: Over 12 years / Senior: Over 8 years
• English proficiency (able to conduct business meetings with foreigners and write reports in English)
