Job Description:

• Responsible for daily monitoring business system include entire business process/risk control strategy/postloan performance data indicator monitoring and regularly report the business & risk control situation.
• Collect various types of features in maintain & optimize business which is include data collection processing usage scenarios etc; formulate daily feature monitoring reports and regularly give strategies/models certain data application suggestions based on data performance.
• Assist in building a data mart building a wide data table and constantly mining user portraits and other dimensional features for all business parties.
• Regularly conduct data analysis and review on risk strategy/model effect/product profitability and point out potential problems & risks based on the analysis results and propose the solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above which is relate to economic mathematic and statistics.
• 2 years experience with data analysis experience in ecommerce/fintech company prefer with credit analysis experience.
• Fluent with hive SQL familiar to use Python SAS. R. spark etc for data analysing.
• Master statistical methods and tools and familiar with the methods of statistical testing of models.
• Logical thinking proactive strong communication skills good at teamwork
