Branch Manager- Direct Insurance Sales

Requirements

• Conduct direct selling to customers via appointments including office and home visits.
  
• Ensure attendance and revenue generation from leads and appointments allocated by the call center.
  
• Achieve selfsourcing targets set by the company.
  
• Maintain accurate business reporting MIS on sales calls (LMS) lead utilization and conversion rates on a daily basis.
  
• Recruit and supervise Front Line Sales (FLS) to optimize capacity utilization.
  
• Allocate track and close leads generated by the call center.
  
• Drive various Recognition and Reward (R&R) initiatives at the team level.
  
• Coach and provide support for FLS through joint sales calls.
