Site Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all construction activities at the project site ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  
• Supervise construction workers subcontractors and other personnel to ensure that work is carried out according to project specifications.
  
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction materials and workmanship meet or exceed industry standards.
  
• Monitor the progress of construction activities identify potential delays or issues and take proactive measures to address them.
  
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures at the project site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  
• Coordinate the procurement delivery and storage of construction materials to ensure timely availability at the project site.
  
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities including progress reports site inspections and safety records.
  
• Communicate regularly with clients project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• 510 years of experience in site engineering with a proven track record of managing villa construction projects.
  
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Strong knowledge of construction techniques materials and methods.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise construction teams effectively.
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to make quick informed decisions to resolve issues onsite.
  
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written to interact with project teams clients and subcontractors.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing construction plans specifications and documents.
  
• Experience in managing villa construction projects is mandatory for this role.
  
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
