You love the outdoors and like nothing better than spending time on vast land banks overseeing the obstacles being created
You are a doer you dont mind rolling up your sleeves and getting in when the job demands
You are a good motivator people like working for you and you know how to get them to do their best
You are a teacher you not only show how its done you teach how its done
You have been around the block you can share your experiences of having managed large events successfully
You have spent the last 35 years working in an event management firm putting together big events
You are comfortable travelling 100 days or more in a year
And last but not the least you can manage vendor relationships well and are a problem solver
