Warehouse Coldstore Operations Manager

*Role Overview:*

As a Warehouse & Coldstore Operations Manager youll report directly to the General Manager overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities include team motivation task delegation and maintaining high standards to meet customer expectations in a fastpaced environment.

*Key Duties:*

Lead and motivate the warehouse team.

Conduct performance reviews manage attendance and address disciplinary issues.

Maintain a positive work environment and ensure shift targets are met.

Delegate tasks effectively and resolve issues promptly.

Assume full responsibility for daytoday warehouse operations.

Manage labor proactively to meet customer needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor performance linked to KPIs to optimize efficiencies.

Oversee inventory orders and stock management processes.

Ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Provide excellent customer service.

Manage site facilities and coordinate repairs.

Ensure employee training in safe work practices.

Ensure health and safety compliance.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

*Requirements:*

Previous experience in food or temperaturecontrolled warehouses.

Minimum 3 years experience managing a team of over 10 employees.

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.

Track record of achieving targets in a fastpaced environment.

Strong delegation and motivation skills.

Customerfocused with excellent communication skills.

Flexibility with working hours.

Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of health and safety and BRC requirements.
