Internet service provider in North Goa is looking for Senior Sales Manager and Junior Sales Coordinator with good communication skills spoken & written English essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales support: Creation of estimates sending of estimates answering sales enquiries & questions supplying all relevant information.
- Followup sales calls & followup for social media reviews.
- New customer onboarding o Customer service support & feedback.
- Promotion of products & services.
- Customer billing & tax invoices.
- Recovering & reducing all accounts receivables for new customer installations additional charges & Internet plans.
- Revenue development of service offerings
- Development of promotional activities.
- Maintaining & data inputting into critical Excel spreadsheets & Desk era.
- Sales support & support for Head of Sales & Head of Marketing & Business Development.
- KPIs reporting adhering to SLAs.
- Developmental project delivery as per requirements of the business.
Job Requirements
- A high school degree and an associate or bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with written English.
- Smart and confident.
- Should able to work under pressure.
- Great presentation skills.
Working Hours: 8.45 am closing (or equivalent based on achieving objectives) Monday Saturday. Rotational Sunday shift with an alternative paid day off.
