سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيAbout the role Responsible for the creation and management of brand and marketing assets for Discover Qatar brand and products, to support digital and traditional brand and marketing activities. The role required a high degree of creativity and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders on a variety of tasks at any one time. Other key responsibilities are: • Developing design, design elements and layout formats as per the requirements to ensure that high-quality graphic work is developed. • Editing photographs, images and/or the artwork to ensure that images created are as realistic and impactful as possible ensuring high quality and aesthetically pleasing. • Conduct all the necessary quality checks on the final artwork before release. • Implement innovative strategies and videography to amplify the Discover Qatar brand live within brand guidelines. • Manage and maintain quality control of all Discover Qatar branded assets, both physical and digital. • Manage and maintain stock control of physical assets. • Design offline assets for both B2C and B2B audiences, including but not limited to flyers, leaflets and brochures according to the brief. • Develop online creatives eye-catching banners, and social media images to advertise for DQ products. • Support department with creating presentations and other assets and artworks when required. • Collaborate with Qatar Tourism, Qatar Airways and other stakeholders to deliver the best quality assets to promote Discover Qatar products. • Suppliers’ coordination: pre-production sampling review and documentation to ensure that supplier is well informed from technical aspects to produce/provide intended results; following defined procurement process to ensure company guidelines are always adhered to. • Timely update intern budget tracking. • Support team with daily tasks, including but not limited to image selection, resizes, asset adaptations, and suppliers' procurement process. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department. Qualifications We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with: • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of job-related experience. • Experience in Travel/Airlines/Tourism Industry and destination marketing. • Excellent command of English and Arabic (not mandatory, but preferred). • Hands on experience in creative design and services. • Experience in creating and managing marketing and promotional collaterals. • High proficiency in Graphic Design software i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. • Well versed with Microsoft Office software. • Must be pro-active and have very good attention to detail.
