At The Wise Seeker we are looking for ServiceNow Developer ITOM with focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications to join a major client in the technology sector.

Functions

1. Implementing ServiceNow ITOM with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.
2. Managing CMDB and associated processes OOB class structure and CSDM process.
3. Providing overall expertise in the ServiceNow Platform including application development integrations and enhancements.
4. Designing solutions for new requirements and integrations offering recommendations and best practices.
5. Identifying and addressing gaps in existing solutions driving improvements as needed.
6. Mentoring and guiding team members.
7. Stakeholder management.

Requirements

1. Minimum Education:Graduate.
2. Specific Specialties: Certified in CIS Discovery CIS Service Mapping ITIL Certified.
3. Minimum Experience: 4 years.
4. Experience in largescale organizations managing multiple Service Management tools.
