الوصف الوظيفي
- Update and maintain the M&E database and identify findings for reporting and lessons learned purposes.
- Coordinate the semi-annual reporting for the Country Team and provide quality control over Implementing Partners reports.
- Ensure PROSPECTS M&E tools (e.g. work plans, financial forecasting, etc.) are updated and its processes are adequate and support the team to develop their work plans and monitor its progress efficiently.
- Collect data and check data quality regularly to measure progress towards the programme’s performance indicators (KPI), using primary or secondary data sources, including undertaking regular field visits to support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation and overseeing M&E work from service providers.
- Assist implementing partners, and subcontractors to implement and maintain the M&E, knowledge management and learning system and its tools.
- Support the Knowledge Management and M&E Global Officers to feed in global reporting and learning exercises.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to work methods and processes. Assess the impact of changes and make recommendations on follow-up actions. Liaise closely with administrative areas to ensure effective and smooth service design and delivery, recommending improvements on interrelated processes.
- Provide administrative support for the organization of seminars, workshops, meetings and other events. Participate in missions to provide M&E and administrative support, as required.
- Assist the ILO Cairo office with any specific M&E tasks as required.
- Assist the programme mid-term review and final evaluation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
