Overview:
The Commercial Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to the commercial team. They are responsible for maintaining efficient communication between various departments coordinating meetings and managing documentation. The role is pivotal in contributing towards the smooth functioning of commercial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of commercial strategies and activities
- Manage and organize commercial documents including contracts agreements and reports
- Communicate with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support the commercial team in conducting market research and analysis
- Coordinate meetings manage calendars and arrange travel plans for team members
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence and redirect them as necessary
- Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities
- Assist in the organization of commercial events conferences and trade shows
- Participate in team meetings and provide support in project coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet commercial objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce or related field
- Proven experience in an administrative or commercial support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detailoriented with high accuracy in documentation and data management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with commercial terminology and basic understanding of contract management
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools is preferred
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a plus
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
