Role Overview:
As a Student Financial Services Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to assist enrolled students in navigating the payment process for their education. You will provide crucial information on various payment options including loans and selffunding and guide students through the necessary steps to secure funding for their studies. Additionally you will be tasked with managing the loan

application process for students who opt for loans ensuring that all required documents are collected and submitted in a timely manner. Your role will involve proactive followup with students to address any queries or concerns they may have regarding the loan process and to provide ongoing support until the process is successfully completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist enrolled students with the remaining payment for their education providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Offer detailed information on available modes of payment including loans and selffunding options tailored to each students needs and circumstances.
Explain the loan application process thoroughly to students who opt for loans outlining requirements timelines and necessary documentation.
Maintain regular communication with students to follow up on document collection and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Address any questions or concerns students may have regarding the loan process providing clear and helpful explanations to resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with relevant departments or external agencies as needed to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications and disbursements.
Keep accurate records of student interactions payments and loan applications ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in finance business administration education or related field preferred.
Previous experience in student financial services financial aid or customer service roles preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles and familiarity with loan processes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service to students and their families.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software including MS Office and student information systems.
