Pay and Benefits:

• A starting salary of 25970 moving to 33685.00 after three years along with an annual company bonus scheme
• The working pattern for this role is Monday to Saturday with a day off on eitherTuesday or Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• You willtake and complete a new finance applicationwork as part of a team toprocess finance applicationsand ensure the process isefficientand assmoothas possible for our customers
• Through greatquestioning listeningandconversationalskillsyou will assess the customersaffordabilityalong with theirstabilityandintent to make a lending decision
• You will take ownership and be expected toefficiently handle inbound and outbound callsfor our customers dealers and internal staff members
