Your Mission
As a Senior Technical Underwriter youll be the goto expert for technical queries leading the charge on refining underwriting guidelines and developing the ss of our underwriting community. Youll work closely with our Head of Technical Underwriting to drive change craft policy wordings and contractual doentation. Sound like a challenge youre up for
Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine underwriting guidelines and policies
* Proactively support the business in improving the underwriting process reducing leakage and delivering a topnotch customer proposition
* Use data ytics to identify patterns trends and areas for improvement in underwriting processes and pricing
* Mentor and coach underwriting staff to ensure a consistent approach and conduct peer reviews to support learning and development
* Work with our Reporting & Pricing yst to develop new ytical tools and odologies
* Ensure consistency in contractual and policy doentation with company standards
* Collaborate with QGU Legal & Claims to align wordings with underwriting intent
