Overview:
The Ecommerce Manager (Inside/Post Sale) plays a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the inside and postsales activities of our ecommerce platform. They are responsible for optimizing customer engagement driving sales and ensuring smooth postsale processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for inside and postsale ecommerce activities
- Manage the online customer journey to optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Analyze ecommerce data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements
- Oversee postsale customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Lead a team to execute ecommerce objectives and targets
- Optimize the online shopping experience to drive conversion rates
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the ecommerce experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and ecommerce best practices

- Manage ecommerce platforms including product listings pricing and promotions
- Develop and manage relationships with ecommerce platform providers and partners

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales management
- Demonstrated success in optimizing the postsale customer experience
- Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
- Excellent understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
- Experience leading and developing highperforming teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in ecommerce data analysis and tools
