• Master s degree in relevant field.
• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF).
• Previous experience in standing up an Information Systems organization.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology with business strategy.
• Track record of successfully leading and delivering IT initiatives.
• Experience in evaluating and implementing vendor applications.
• Proven ability to ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions for complex business applications.

• Collaborate with Business Partners to understand current and future needs ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architecture Business Primes and other stakeholders to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure their fulfillment.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and other architects to define and communicate the overall architectural vision.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendor applications and provide estimates for new technology implementations and maintenance.
• Ensure correctness consistency and efficiency across multiple technology components and development efforts.
• Champion scalability and maintainability in the design and implementation of complex business applications.
• Engage with senior management to communicate architectural decisions and strategies providing guidance on technology direction and investment.
