Duties & Responsibilities
Take up new Projects & initiatives to drive implementation with all
Do Pilot of new processes & SOPs to test effectiveness
Work with different departments to ensure training around new initiatives & processes to ensure implementation on ground
Coordinate with all departments to ensure closure of tracks on ground
Manage Training MIS & track monthly closure all India
Manage new processes
Work on MIS to track multiple projects outcomes

Experience MIS
Good in Excel based reports
Multiple stakeholder manager
A knack for problemsolving
Customerservice orientation
Basic level of proficiency in MS Office
Educational Qualifications Bachelors in Technology or Management
Prior work experience 2 years of relevant work experience
