Overview:
As an HR Executive at our company you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems while providing timely and effective support to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process including creating job descriptions sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Managing and maintaining HRIS and employee records
- Administering and overseeing benefits and compensation programs
- Assisting with performance management and appraisal processes
- Conducting training and development programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and employment laws
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports and metrics
- Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
