We are excited to announce openings for .NET Fresher positions. For candidates who may require additional support we offer realtime handson training sessions before extending an offer letter ensuring they are wellprepared for the role.
Our hiring process consists of two rounds:
ROUND 1 HR: In this round candidates will have the opportunity to interact with our HR team where we focus on understanding their career aspirations motivations and cultural fit within our organization. We value transparency and aim to provide candidates with a clear understanding of our company culture and values.
ROUND 2 Technical & Onboarding: This round involves technical assessments and onboarding procedures. Candidates will undergo technical evaluations to assess their proficiency in .NET technologies and their ability to adapt to our development environment. Successful candidates will then proceed to the onboarding stage where they will receive comprehensive training and guidance to kickstart their journey with us.
