As a FP and amp;A Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape. Your duties include:

• Spearheading budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes.
• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis modeling and forecasting.
• Collaborating across all organizational levels to develop budgets projections and analyses.
• Crafting impactful presentations and analysis summaries.
• Enhancing financial performance through strategic oversight.
• Managing financial reporting systems and data analytics.
• Coordinating the preparation of annual budgets quarterly forecasts and reports.
• Conducting and evaluating various business scenarios through insightful whatif analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; CMA or CPA certification preferred.
• 510 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in ERP systems financial reporting tools advanced Excel PowerPoint and Business Intelligence tools.
• Selfmotivated with excellent decisionmaking and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in flexible packaging
• Masters degree in business administration accounting or statistics.
• Experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and engagement with Private Equity Firms.
