Overview:
The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in our organization as they are responsible for managing and nurturing longterm relationships with our key clients. They serve as the main point of contact for these clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand client needs and develop customized solutions
- Reach sales targets and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities
- Prepare reports on account status

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
