Responsibilities Collaboratewith a team of Dev Ops engineers to operate SaaS capabilities acrossmultiple regions on the cloud platform Designimplement configure and utilize monitoring systems to monitor thehealth of SaaS products Manage infrastructureused for ArcGIS Velocity respond to alerts and troubleshootproblems to resolution Design and implement thedeployment and upgrade containerized microservice components thatwhen combined power Esris Saa Sofferings Participate in technical spikeefforts bringing new innovative ideas to future versions of oursoftware Troubleshoot the system incidents andprovide root cause analysis reports Providerotational oncall technicalsupport Requirements 5years of experience managing Kubernetes (AKS EKS) logging andmonitoring (ELK Prometheus) and container technologies(Docker) Comfortable with YAML syntax (writing Azure Dev Ops pipelines and Kubernetesresources) Ability to write scripts to deployinfrastructure and/or applications (Bash Python Golang) Expert level understanding andexperience with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure or Amazon EC2) Ability to work with continuousintegration and delivery best practices Abilityto write scripts to deploy infrastructure and/or applications (Bash Python Golang Terraform) Working knowledge of asource control and issue management system preferably Git Hub Bachelors in computer science computerengineering GIS or informationsystems Recommended Qualifications Masters incomputer science computer engineering GIS or informationsystems5 years of experience designingadministering and/or maintaining cloud environments such as Azuresupporting 247 highavailability productionenvironments Interest in working with Git Opsprinciples to automate the deployment of applications on Kubernetesclusters Knowledge of operating resilienthighly available scalable and performance Saa Scapabilities Experience operating and managing Apache Kafka with highvelocity data Experienceoperating cloud native storagesolutions Familiarity in deploying andoperating reactive applications using Scala the Play framework andAkkaKnowledge of Esri ArcGIS or other webmappingtechnologies#LIDR5#LIHybrid The Company At Esri diversity is more thanjust a word on a map.
