Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with business process expertise. He/She will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications integrating thirdparty systems and collaborating with stakeholders. The job requires strong communication and problemsolving abilities along with comprehensive understanding of IT and business. You will be in constant dialog with group management project execution sales marketing finance IT support and other support functions in Europe. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Nigeria and be a part of the core team building up the organization in Nigeria from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and customize Company Salesforce applications to ensure optimal

performance and functionality.

2. Design and implement solutions utilizing Salesforce technologies including Apex

Visualforce Lightning Web Components and utilizing Salesforce APIs middleware and

other integration tools.

3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements analyse

business processes and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and

proactively address any challenges to ensure project success.

5. Analyse complex business requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions that

enhance efficiency productivity and decisionmaking.

6. Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines

budgets and quality standards.

Requirements

1. Strong professional experience in Salesforce Development (4 Years)

2. Highlevel understanding of business processes and IT systems with the ability to align

Salesforce solutions with business objectives and processes.

3. Deep knowledge of Salesforces platform is required including Apex Lightning triggers

SOQL.

4. Extensive experience building custom solutions workflows integrations and web

services using Salesforce APIs and JavaScript.

5. Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and management. Strong

analytical abilities and a collaborative attitude are essential.

6. Salesforce Developer Certification is required
