Open Position: IT Operation Services Engineer (Financial Services Company)

A Financial Services Company is currently hiring for IT Operation Services Engineer to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Holds a Degree in Information Technology where the role is open for fresh graduates
  
• Provide daytoday technical support to IT operations with the responsibility to be on standby rotations to ensure business runs smoothly
  
• Perform troubleshooting recovery and root cause analysis efforts when needs arises/during escalations
  
• Good experience in building rapport and establish collaboration within other IT Departments and business stakeholders
  
• Good experience within Windows Unix/Linux environment with IT Infrastructure knowledge
  
• Good analytical problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate effectively
