Geography teacher- Excellent school in Barnet- April start

We arecurrently seeking a Geography teacher to join an excellent school in Barnet starting in April. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective and engaging Geography lessons that align with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress providing timely feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement crosscurricular projects and activities
• Utilize a variety of teaching resources and technologies to enhance the learning experience
• Manage behaviour in the classroom and implement effective discipline strategies when necessary
• Build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Geography or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Geography at primary or secondary level
• Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Effective classroom management skills
• Uptodate knowledge of educational policies and practices
