Job Summary/Purpose
Job Summary/Purpose: Manage the daily operations and sales performance of all locations achieve sales targets and maximize market share. Manage market campaigns and promotions in order to expand business of spot rental.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic: NA Operational: 1. Manage spot rental operations by monitoring actual sales performance against monthly targets and take corrective actions accordingly supervise spot rental locations activities. 2. Identify and visit customers to promote spot rental business. 3. Present and negotiate rental packages with prospective customer and ensure delivery of vehicles by the locations are done on high quality standards and on time. 4. Attend to all complaints from clients and find proper solutions in order to achieve high customer satisfaction index. 5. Prepare marketing campaigns promotions and advertisement to increase sales and customer awareness to RAC products and services. 6. Advise on requirements and movements of vehicles after consultation with sales staff to ensure proper mixture of vehicles are available for rent. 7. Observe competitions in the market and report to Senior Manager RAC Sales. 8. Ensure all RAC policy and procedure are being followed and that all sales staff location are adhering to company policy and procedures. 9. Daily monitor of all opening and closing responsibilities. 10. Ensure qualification of credit worthiness for all customers to avoid defaults and bad debts and legal cases. 11. Follow up with locations heads on all collections and maintain aging at minimum as per RAC policy. 12. Prepare and present sales reports operation reports staff appraisal to Senior Manager RAC Sales. 13. Conduct daily visits to locations to audit and make sure all operations are under control as per RAC policy and procedures. People Management: NA Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations. Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals. Adhere to AlSayer Group policies and health and safety regulations. Perform other duties as requested by management
