We are seeking a results-driven sales and measurement consultant with excellent interpersonal skills. This consultant will actively seek out and engage customers, providing them with complete and tailored services to boost top-line revenue growth, increase customer retention, and achieve sales targets Requirements and skills • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail or a fashion-related role, such as made-to-measure, bespoke suits, or men's formal dress. • High-End Clientele: Comfortable working with high-end clients with varied personalities. • Sales Acumen: Highly motivated, target-driven, and proven sales record. • Key Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, customer service, and product knowledge. • CRM Knowledge: Familiar with CRM practices and able to build productive professional relationships. • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems. • Flexibility: Able to multitask and handle work outside regular hours. • Adaptability Willingness to relocate to different stores and work shifts. • Environment: Performs well in fast-paced settings. • Education: High school diploma preferred in a related field. • Organization and Work Ethic: Highly organized and motivated for hard work. • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures. • Provide tailored services for individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics to match the customer’s preferences, style, body type, and budget. • Listen to customers' needs, understand their personality, and provide prompt and efficient responses at all times. • Follow up with customers via phone or home visits, addressing their requests and questions. • Generate and pursue leads to expand your customer base and focus on sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volume. • Maintain historical records by keeping track of area and customer sales data. • Complete all paperwork related to sales, including handwritten and electronic sales orders, cash handling, and payment recording. • Reach out to customers through cold calling and messaging. • Achieve targets and outcomes according to the schedule. • Supply management with reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services. • Participate in stock management and control. • Organize merchandise on the shop floor, update pricing tags, and maintain the store in a clean and neat condition. • Communicate effectively with team members in a friendly, respectful, and cooperative manner, whether in person, by phone, or in writing. • Spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. • Participate in training and workshops to develop new skills and apply them effectively. •
