You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Global Hyatts Corporate Strategies and brand standards whilst meeting colleagues guests owners suppliers community members and thirdparty vendors.
To assist the Director of Sales and Marketing to provide the hotels Marketing and Sales colleagues with internal and external marketing intelligence to support informed decisions that result in an increase in the hotels overall revenues and maximize profitability. Ensure that the Hotel Rooms Spa and F&B Outlets are promoted in the Social Media (Tiktok Instagram Facebook Snapchat) etc. in line with the Hyatt guidelines. In addition prepare a Marketing calendar for the year and to work smoothly with the Hotel Operations Team to execute this in a timely manner. A brand guideline ambassador for the hotel safeguarding all collaterals and brand images as per the guidelines.
Qualifications
Ideally with a University Degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management. An MBA would be an asset.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive/Analyst.
Strategic orientation as well as good problem solving skills administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Powerpoint and Excel).
Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms.
